Sometimes life intervenes resulting in an unscheduled, non-pandemic related brewing hiatus. Such was the case for the Luddites with our last brew in November 2022 and the downtime extending into the second quarter of 2023\. Rather than introduce new styles or techniques, we made the decision to keep to the basics (e.g.; just how does this brewery component connect to that brewery piece) and reprise our very successful Brut IPA from 2022.

Dry, crisp finish with minimal hop bittering but dry-hopped for flavor and aroma using select Australasian hops known for fruit and wine character. Literally, (we hope) the champagne of bottled beer. Lower ABV (by Luddite standards but still a solid 7.2%) to moderate sweetness.
