# LB-064 Imperial Kölsch IV - Ask Miss Henrietta

By sticking close to the earlier recipes, we hope to increase the malt characteristics while retaining an overall light, effervescent effect. We still have Amylase in the inventory and have used in the ingredient in our three preceding batches (Brut IPA, Maibock, Gose) with positive results. A little bit in the mash tun goes a long way.
