- Description: High wind warnings coincided with a Nobel Prize for literature to suggest the name... a Scotch Ale to help one survive all that the weather and the political climate can muster (and it is mustering more than I could have ever feared).

This is our second batch using our own grain mill and our third batch taking the time to prepare a yeast culture before brew day.

Awfully hard to dedicate a Scotch ale to an American poet without a tip of the Tam to [Robert Burns & John Barleycorn](https://docs.google.com/a/ludditebrewing.com/viewer?a=v&pid=sites&srcid=bHVkZGl0ZWJyZXdpbmcuY29tfGludGVybmFsfGd4OjdkN2FkMzEyMzE2YTgyYQ&ref=luddite.beer).

Brewed on October 15, 2016 and kegged on October 26, 2016\. You can [view the recipe here](https://share.brewfather.app/CZ8SbV9fKxOK8f?ref=luddite.beer).
