# LB-010 El Corazon Gose

Always quick to jump on themes that emerge during the brew day. This was the first public outing by "Minor Infarction" (later renamed as the "Humble Imbiber") following his *event.* We were glad to be part of the recovery while, concurrently, taking full advantage of the label design opportunity!

***Gose*** is a warm fermented ***beer*** that originated in Goslar, Germany. It is usually brewed with at least 50% of the grain bill being malted wheat. Dominant flavours in ***gose*** include a lemon sourness, a herbal characteristic, and a strong saltiness (the result of either local water sources or added salt).
